    I didn’t receive a refund for this unwanted subscription.

    I requested this last 9th November.

    Hi there,

    It can take up to ten business days for the refund to post to your bank statement, sometimes longer depending on what country your financial institution is located.

    If you do not see anything after the end of tomorrow, I would reach out to your bank and see if they have any pending transactions. Our system shows that the finances were released back to you on 11/9.
