  I have cancelled the payment of $22 per month which is done through my credit card.Though you have informed me that the payment will be refund to me with in 7-10 business days,I haven’t received it yet

  Hi there,

  The refund was processed on the same day of the renewal. So, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal. This means that the original charges may have been removed.

  Please follow up with your bank or credit card company to see if this is what happened to those charges.
