  Its been 10 days but i still didnt receive the refund

  Hi, @piamiranda11. SInce you purchased and canceled your plan on the same day, your refund was likely processed as a reversal.

  This usually means the cancellation was confirmed before the renewal, so this charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued. We also have some info on refunds here:
