let me provide support as I’m unable to receive a confirmation email for the user’s email change request and also for the administrator too. I’m trying this for the past few days with my organization email but it’s not working for me.

I have a site which I just take a handover but I don’t have login credentials of wordpress.com so I made this account to connect with support.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation for the user profile. I have tried 3 email id’s but none of them received any email. -

Yes because I don’t have the original login credential for my site. so made a new account without any site linked to it.
And the email I want to be user’s email address in my org email address. so how can I add it. -

It’s rbkei.org in which I need to change the email address for user and administrator also. -
rbkei.org is not a WordPress.com site.
That site was built using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, and we have absolutely no control over or access to that site, so we’re not able to help with this.
Please ask for advice from the WordPress.org community who makes the WordPress software you’re using instead. You can find their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
