Difference between Basic and Priority Live Chat Support?

What is the difference between “Basic Live Chat Support” and “Priority Live Chat Support” as listed on the Plans page?
Is the only difference that “Priority” includes weekends, or are there other differences?

Yes, the Live Chat on plans Business and eCommerce is available 24/7. Sometimes, when the chat is really busy, users with Basic Live Chat Support will be redirected to email instead and the chat would only be available to the Priority Live Chat Support users.
