Difference between Feedback and Comments?

    Somebody told me that they had left feedback on our blog – I found it under Feedback in the Dashboard but there is no option to add this as a shown comment? How do I differentiate between Comments and Feedback?

    Am I being dull?!?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Feedbacks are the comments left to your blog via contact form
    Comments are left to your blog via comment box on posts or pages.
    Comments are publicly visible but not feedbacks. There’s no way to show feedbacks on your blog, (Except copy/paste by yourself)
