difference between upgrading to pro bundle and using wordpress.org

would upgrading to the pro bundle allow you to install your own plugins and themes(like those in themeforest.com) and have total control over html editing like through wordpress.org. What’s the difference between the pro bundle and just using wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com other than having your own domain with the pro bundle?

I’d also like to know if the wordpress analytics and site tracking/stats in the dashboard be available for the pro bundle as well, and how much bandwith do you get per month?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    No.

Bandwidth is unlimited here, even for free blogs. WP stats remain the same in the pro bundle as they are in the free blogs.

The Pro bundle does not exempt you from the code restrictions, or the no ads policy, nor does it give you access to the php and databases of your blog.
