Difference btw paid theme and premium service

    Please help me understand the different between paying for a theme and paying for premium service. Are they one and the same? Does getting one include the other? I am using the Hexa theme, which is free, but I happen to love it and don’t want to change. I understand if I get the premium service, then I can modify the theme–but it doesn’t sound like one can do a whole lot aside from the colors and fonts. And it sound like I cannot modify the Hexa theme. So what do I do to make some really minor changes (such as moving the comments to another location on the page)?
