  I’m a bit new to WordPress and decided to use the Orvis theme for my site. I was customizing and adding content using the application, and everything was working fine and the site looked fine. Then the theme stopped applying correctly and the layout changed. I’m curious why the application would show one layout and the website another.

  Hi Noel,

  Would you be able to let me know some extra details? The following would be useful for me to troubleshoot further:

  • Exactly how did the layout of your site change? Did the theme appear completely broken?
  • What do you mean by “the application?” Perhaps the WordPress.com Customizer?

  I noticed that you’ve switched to Dyad since sending in your support request. Are you having any issues with that theme?
