different account recovery

  I can’t access my other accounts and I can’t use the recovery form due to only three possibilities to authenticate. So I can’t upgrade what I wanted to do. I created this account to access support. This new account has for recovery the same email address I would use to login for my other accounts. Please can you help me to access my other accounts.
