Different Avatars for Different Sites

So if I want to use a different avatar for every site, I need to create a new email account for every, single one?
This is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.Why can’t I just upload multiple images to Gravatar, and simply select the one I want to use for the site I am on?

Regardless of the number of blogs registered under the same username account, email address and gravatar, Your username can be linked to a single primary blog only. To see how to change that go to http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2007/10/06/link-your-username-to-your-blog/

You log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then register another username account under a different email address. Then you transfer one of the blog to it.
