Different Contact/subscribe view in my home page

  When I am in my Home view at the bottom, my contact section is set correctly. When I post a blog, the bottom is a different contact/subscribe template, but I cannot locate how to change those. When I am writing or editing the blog, I do not see anything at the bottom, this only occurs once it is posted.   Hi! It looks like that subscribe block is built into your page, rather than into the template for your site. Try copying it from here:

  https://walkoffpick.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=7&action=edit

  And then pasting it into the footer template. You’ll want to use the List View so you can insert it before the rest of the footer that’s there.
