different font size

Please would anyone help me? :-)
I switched my blog theme from “twenty eleven” to “yoko” today. And I do love the result, except one thing, that´s annoying me:
When I switched the theme, the “old posts” (already published on the site) are written in a very nice size (i have a screen shot, but don´t know how to upload it). And besides, has the date and the number of comments on the left side.
But now I wrote a new post (not yet published), which mysterioulsy has these named attributes on top of the post, which makes the post broader. But also mysteriously, the font size gets samller? How comes that?
Than you for your help in advance,
B.

Was the content of these old posts copied and pasted for somewhere else into the posts and then published?
Go to Settings > Writing and select “ ___ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then scroll down and click “Save Changes.”
Edit one of those old posts and simply enter something of no consequence like adding a period and then removing it and then click “update”. Then let us know what happens with the font.

Hi timethief,
thanks soooo much for your superfast answer!
But It didn´t work. I exactly did, what you ased me to:
1.) choose the setting for the ivalidly nested XHTML and saved that
2.) I edited my “foccacia” post (the last one posted) by adding a smiley, saved and opened it anew. still the font is really nice, big and the comment remark on the left side.
3.) I deited a new one, which is already ready. But the same: minimini font and the comment number on top.and: No- the posts were originally written in my dashoboard, nothing copied and pasted…
Do you maybe have another idea?
So sorry for not being able to describe my problem more professionally :-(

hello again ,
before my “problem” looses itself in forum nirvana, I try once again to find someone in this community, who can help me…
I tried a little in the meantime, but couldn´t find out the cause of it.
What I can say now is, that in the preview of “yoko” one sees, that the “comment” widget (which shows, how much comments per post exist) and the date are supposed to be on the left side, beside the post.
also the font size is bigger, than in my problem posts…
Thank you for helping me in advance!
