Different font sizes for Site Name and Page Titles

  Hi
  I am using the Radcliffe 2 theme which has the Site Name and the Page Titles in the same font size. Is there are way to have different sizes for each of these without paying for an upgrade (from Personal to Premium)? Alternatively is there a similar theme that has this option?
