  hello, we want to make our website in three languages​​. It has a feature available to accomplish this task? For example, a link to change the layout.

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com does not have any built-in translation features or anything along those lines. If you are looking to do something like that, you will need to make three copies of each of your posts using the “copy post” feature right here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/writing-helper/copy-a-post/

  And then translate the copies once they are created.

  You can also create custom menus which link to different version of any pages you create through the Custom Menus feature which you can read about right here:
