  Hi
  Can I have two different languages on the same site/ blog with flags?
  The Theme is rowling.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t think using flags is possible over here at WordPress.com but there are three different ways you can set up your blog if you have content in multiple languages – https://en.support.wordpress.com/set-up-a-multilingual-blog/

  Hi madeiratraveltips – I’d suggest you take a look at the guide to creating multilingual sites that tony733t linked to. Using one of these methods, you could certainly add a flag to a language link using Custom CSS, which is available with the Premium or Business plans. Keep in mind that it’s generally not recommended to use flags for language switching, for a multitude of reasons.   A Google Translate widget is also now available.
