different menus under different subdmains under main.com domain?

    Hi, hoping you might be able to help me with a query re subdomains please. I am using a customised 2012 theme at camping-maisonneuve.com. My goal is to create french, german and dutch versions of the site using fr.camping-maisonneuve.com, etc subdomains.

    I have read in the support section that a subdomain can have “its own content” – specifically I need to change the navigation text to French/German/Dutch to appear different in each of the subdomains. Before I shell out to 1&1 for 3 subdomains to be created – can you verify that I can indeed display a different language menu, within a subdomain please? I can see how to create several menus within my theme, but they seem to be sitewite changes, I am unable to apply to only set pages. I really need different menus per subdomain.
