Different pages for different topics

I made 15 posts in one page. Now i want to categorise them into different pages. When i create different pages, how do i select the required posts to the corresponding newly created page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey niveya,
Instead of pages, you should create categories by navigating to My Sites>>Settings>>Categories. Here is the guide.
Assign those categories to your blog posts and add those categories to your navigation menu.
