Different posts on different pages

  Hi……
  I want to link different posts to different pages on my blog. I mean to say that, for example, if I have three posts related to new york, LA and Detroit respectively, then I want these to be posted on the page named USA. Now if I have three posts on London, Greece & France respectively, then I want these to be posted on the page called Europe.

  So, is this kind of linking between the posts and the pages possible on WordPress?
