Different Profile Photos for WordPress & Website?

  My main WordPress profile photo matches my Gravatar photo (http://en.gravatar.com/elizabethlieutenant). However, the photo associated with one of my websites does not (example: https://twitter.com/LizLieutenant/status/608433442955624448). I am the sole user and administrator on this website; my administrator photo also aligns with my Gravatar photo. My website is through WordPress.com (not .org), if that helps.

  How do I change the photo associated with my website to match my Gravatar photo?

  If I understand correctly, you want the Twitter photo to match your Gravatar. For that, you’ll need to log into Twitter and change your profile picture: https://support.twitter.com/articles/127871
