different sections on a blog

    Hello,

    I already have a WordPress blog and I like it a lot, so I would like to create a professional one for the company I work for.
    The problem is : I would like to create 3 different sections : one accesible only for about 600 people, the other for a few thousands people, and the third for everyone. Is it possible?

    Besides, is is possible to have a section where people could open topics, and not only react? I would like them to be able to ask questions or to post some ideas for example.
