Different Site Management

    The admin portion of my site looks a lot differently than it used to. It used to look like this page: https://codex.wordpress.org/File:menu-screen1.png

    Black tones with a lot more features showing. Now it’s blue and white with less menu features and I don’t know how to change it. It switched at one point while I was looking for changes to my post updates. It might be my theme, but I can’t tell as I assumed the admin site is theme independent.
