Different stores, multiple menus but only order from one menu at a time

  Title is what I’m aiming for… is it possible to have multi pick up points/ie menus for instance McDonald’s menu/kfc menu but a customer can only check out using one of the menus on separate pages? If a customer ordered on McDonald’s and also kfc to warn them multi stores in checkout please remove those items first etc… many thanks in advance.
