Different widget/custom menus for different pages

How to set different widget/custom menu configurations for different pages?
Is that possible at all in wordpress.com?I’d like some sub pages to have their own menu in the sidebar and no other widgets (that appear on other pages) there.
If this is not possible, is there some workaround to get this kind of navigation? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question. If you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog then I’m sorry but that’s not possible.

Thank you so much for reply! That’s my case: I’m on a free hosted WorPress.com blog. It sucks that one cannot do this widget thing.
Oh, and I tried to search the forum for this question but couldn’t find that thread. So thank you for helping out! :)

@thesacredpath: that’s true, but there is much more room to work and change the templates when you’re on the WordPress.org:

There are plugins such as Widget Logic and Dynamic Widgets that let you put different widgets on different pages.
I’m using the Twelve eleven theme. I’m new to WordPress blogs in general so please bare with me. ;)
