  j’ai remarque qu’il ya beaucoup de site qui vendent des themes de wordpress (different) des themes premium.
  Qu’en ait il si je dois acheter un theme de ce genre ?

  Uploading of custom themes isn’t allowed here at WordPress.com. You can read more about that here:

  All available themes are located in the Theme Showcase.

  You can filter the results if you’re looking for a specific layout, color, features, etc. You also have the option to demo the theme before choosing to activate.

  If you were using the self hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org), then you would be able to download themes. You can read about the differences between the two here:
