difficult to find and add plugin, increase traffic

  hi,

  I have my own blog and i have not found plugin button in my dashboard. Can any one guide me how enable and active the plugin. My blog is http://wallpapersinbox.wordpress.com

  Secondly i want to increase traffic on blog. Please guide me about increase traffic.

  Sorry, plugins are not allowed at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

  Here’s the bottom line. Do not post anything at all into support forum threads aimed at dropping links to your own blog ever – that’s not allowed – it’s spamming.

  Unless you have a support question to ask or you have a correct answer you can back up with relevant links do not post into support threads where other bloggers are seeking help.
