Difficulties getting support

    When I click on contact support I get Wapuu AI. I ask my question and get no reply other than a display of Wapuu and its icon.

    I support another website (ascotvolunteerbureau.org.uk). When I click on contact support I get a message which tells me that there is no live chat from Nov 11-21 and says that I can try this forum or I can email. All very sensible but why does bkthisandthat.org.uk act similarly.

    Note that both are premium plans.
