Difficulties to import shortly exported wp.com site

    Hello,
    i accidently deleted my old site and account but couldn’t restore it, so i try now to set up my shortly exporte page on a new account, the old url was slowtemplelovecozmicpurplehealing.wordpress.com and hat an export file of about 39 MB now i tried to import it on my new account with my new url slowspacetemplehealing.wordpress.com, i even tried to set up a premium plan to get quick support but my bank has problems proceeding international credit card payments, what ever, i uploaded the files with no problem the porceeding of the files was also no problem but when the wordpress importer started to import it halted and said 2609 files still to import and won’t go any further, can i pleas get help from some wordpress employees?

    Hi @slowspacetemple, importing from a deleted site can be a bit tricky.

    Do you want us to just restore the site for you? It was deleted recently enough, we can restore it if we act quickly. Then you can upgrade it if you’d like to; no importing or exporting necessary.
