Difficulties with my first blogging site

  How can I restore settings in WordPress.com. Only my first post appears on the nome page.
  New posts do not appear.
  Also, how can I list sub pages numerically under a Main Page, and only have the list appear on the main page and not all main pages ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t have posts. You have pages. They are different. Please read these links, which will show you how to avoid this in future:
