DIFFICULTY ACCESSING DASHBOARD FOR TWO DIFFERENT SITES (SAME ADMINISTRATOR)

  I created both fmlymlf.org and powerfitnesscamp.com websites. I can access the dashboard and edit fmlymlf.org, however, I CANNOT access the dashboard for powerfitnesscamp. I tried assigning author rights but it says that person already has access. Please help, as I desperately need to update the information on http://www.powerfitnesscamp.com website.

  Hi there!

  The powerfitnesscamp.com was created under a different user account than this one. You will need to login using that other account to access the site’s dashboard.

  Thank you soooo much for the reply. I don’t remember the account (a year ago)… I gave it the same email in hopes of receiving the account info but it’s not happening.

  Please help if u can. I can prove authenticity in other ways if necessary.

  Email addresses are unique to each user account. This means a different email was used to set up the powerfitnesscamp.com account.

  Try using another email address and if you still have trouble, I will need to email you separately to determine ownership of the account.

  Understood.. it was probably just a temp account set up using yahoo . I want to say it’s (email visible only to moderators and staff) —- but I can’t access it any longer.
