Difficulty Accessing Word Press

Hello, I thought I logged into my wordpress account when I was managing my askimet subscription. I’m currently on the dashboard page, but I can’t access any of the features. Whenever I click on tab, like Posts or Plugins, it sends me to the main login page. It’s been a really long time since I’ve logged into the account, and I can’t remember the correct username and password combo. I tried to reset the password by entering my email address, but I haven’t received an email to reset it.
