Difficulty finding instructions and explanations.

  For example, What are the four footers when I open Widgets? I tried to go on Google for an answer, no luck, I went to the WP help, no luck. Each time I want to find out what a feature does I have to search all over the place and often just give up. Is there a simple method of searching for answers to simple questions? (Footer 1: Widgetized Footer Region 1.) What does this mean? Where can I look it up? I can’t just try everything out to see what happens, I would prefer to know what things are first. I am using the Scrollider Express Theme, is the such a thing as Scrollider Express for Dummies? I just need a direction to the info, thanks Max
