difficulty getting usual pictures to be places in text post

I am not able to place a picture in a new text post, and when I go to see what it looks like as draft, I am seeing an ad for wordpress topics in my post. Please contact me ASAP as I want to start a new post now

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?

I read that there is another commenter contacting you about this exact same issue, and she has not been able to get the situation resolved per your 23 comment thread going on still. So, this is not just my computer I sense, and in fact when I tried to go with Internet explorer as alternative, the site shut down on me when I tried to post the picture.
I think your forcing users to accept ads is corrupting our sites, and that is NOT an option to buy a $30 program to be exempt from having ads on our free blogs that are NOT being used to make money.
Please problem solve this by grouping these complaints and look at your site’s possible cause, as I have had no problems at all for over 10 months and just now seeing these ad pop ups when I preview the post before posting it is the difference for now.

Would you mind giving Firefox a try to? this way we can rule out it’s a browser specific issue.

I sent a separate email just prior, but figured out I had to be logged in to WordPress to get to this thread.
I am currently on Firefox from work, tried it again as the third server you asked me to do, and yet again your ad for Value Bundle for $99 appears in the preview in place of my picture. It appears rather obvious to me there is a corruption of the picture access by this ad matter and want it removed ASAP, then I can figure out if there is a problem on my end at home.
Oh, by the way, when I do an image post, that works, so I really sense the ad is tied into text posts and messing me up.

Here is something interesting, when you try to add a picture to the post, after the photo tab fills up blue and says 100%, you take the cursor to the tab and it say “no file chosen”, even though when you first go to the tab it takes you to your picture site and allows you to pick a picture.
I have not seen an ad after I loaded this alleged free ad block by one of your colleagues Timetraveler who noted this at a different thread, but, why is the tab not accepting the picture as claiming no file is chosen when one has and it loads as 100% of picture is completed.
I am not able to do this screenshot thing above as I can’t find this editor site to set up the screen copy, so I hope the above description gives some info of clarification.
And I have read other WordPress customers are having this problem too, so I don’t think it is me as of what I have seen so far. Why would the picture post work then?

I seem to have figured it out from reading other support stuff at your site. Went to Tools and cleared the browser.
Consider this when others complain of the same problem.

No, I am wrong, it worked twice and now back to just the blue 100% tab and cursor saying “no file chosen”

Your site has updated the software and not offered it to existing customers. I don’t have an “ADD MEDIA” tab in the upper left corner of my text block, so it is not recognizing the “ADD PHOTO”tab anymore.
Is that it?
