Difficulty importing to wordpress.org

  I am getting an error when trying to import from my wordpress.com site to my wordpress.org site (via dreamhost). The error when importing is PHP Max Input Vars too small, or something like that. When trying to figure out how to fix that, it says I need to contact my host. Help?!

  Correct account: Yes

  If this error is happening when you import into WordPress.org, then you’ll want to contact dreamhost because they’re hosting the WordPress.org site and have access to the servers. They’ll be able to increase the number of variables their server can handle.

  Thank you! That’s what I ended up doing, and they fixed the settings!
