Difficulty in using LearnPress

    I have been assigned an editor role in WordPress. I am facing difficulties in using the LearnPress plugin is it as a result of the editor role or something I am not aware of. Kindly assist. Thanks

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] help@Auspicious agile.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Is your site URL agile.com? If yes, then I noticed that your site is hosted on a server, provided by Tucows and was built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.

    To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies and we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere.
