difficulty logging into my web page

  my computer updated itself and I have lost passwords and access. I can access one of my word press sites but not templedarkmoon.com – why is this? I urgently need to change details on this web site

  That site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com. You’ll login here: http://templedarkmoon.com/wp-admin
  You’ve connected it using Jetpack to a WordPress.com account. If this one isn’t working, use the Log in with username and password option and then your original site credentials. They won’t be the same as a WordPress.com login in most cases.

  This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites, so the help we can give won’t be relevant.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
