Difficulty renewing Domain name

Two days before my domain name expired I went about renewing it with PayPal. The final stage of the process asked me to click on a Renew button but once I did this a message appeared stating “This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?” but does not allow any further action. I’ve emailed wordpress support but no response yet. Any Suggestions?

slyonsart.com is set as the primary domain for slyonsart.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrades at Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Staff work their way through all support tickets submitted by email and through all support forum threads tagged for their attention as would be expected ie. in datestamp order (first submitted or tagged – first served). Creating a support ticket and also posting here to the support forums is redundant. Please be patient while waiting for a Staff response to your ticket.

That seems to be the message you get when you are not logged in as the owner of the upgrade – lot of it going around of recent – is there another account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

Yes that’s right. When one is not logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog they cannot navigate to Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and renew there.

Yes that’s right. When one is not logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades for it then they cannot navigate to Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and renew the upgrades there.
