Difficulty uploading my photos from my home computer

  I’m having difficulty uploading my photos from my computer to my blog posts. I am now being asked to enter details as if all photos are being shared to creative commons (which i don’t want). I also get messages telling me they are too large to be uploaded when the size has already been reduced. Can you please explain why i can’t upload my photos and why I keep seeing evidence on my screen of someone copying my information remotely (blue outline) as well as other onscreen signs of manipulation remotely. I recently paid you a new year’s subscription for my WordPress account and yet I cannot find the payment details online. I had to add myself again to my account IntoEnglishTranslations late last year (2023) in order to carry on posting and I even found evidence that posts had been hacked into anc altered. Are you able to transfer all 619 of my posts to a secure place or help me secure my account? I now have two-step verification in place using my mobile phone number and nobody else has been authorised to use my login or share my information..
