Difficulty verifying my domain

I’m having some issues with my domain thefinancequiz.com.
Currently, the status for my domain thefinancequiz.com indicates ‘verify email.
It’s still showing a ‘verify email’ status, but I never received an email to complete the verification process.
Can you please help me resolve this issue so my domain doesn’t stop working?

It sounds like you haven’t received the email that will help you verify your domain name (as described in this support doc). One reason could be that the email listed under Contact Information is either incorrect or something different than you are expecting (for example, not the primary email you’re using).
What I recommend is double-checking the contact information and resending the verification email after doing so. Here are the steps:
- In the main dashboard, look at your sidebar and find Upgrades.
- Hover over the sidebar to reveal the dropdown menu which will show Domains as an option.
- In the list, find the domain name you want to manage.
- Look to the right of the domain name to the three dot menu. Click this to reveal a menu, where you will select Manage Contact Information.
- On this page, you will be able to see what email is listed as the contact information. Make sure it is correct (as in, the right email to send to, and that there are no spelling errors).
- Once saved, resend the verification email.
