Difficulty with comments on my blog

  I have had people tell me that leaving comments on my blog is very difficult. And the difficulty seems to be different each time! They put their name and email and click on the button to leave the comment but it tells them they have to log in. What if they don’t have an account? And sometimes even for those who have an account, it will take them around the block a few times before allowing them to post their comment. Do other people have feedback like this?
