Digg 3 theme calendar problem
-
I switched from the WP default theme to Digg 3 columns. I like the theme but it put a calendar in the right sidebar and it won’t go away. I drug it back to the Available Widgets area but it still shows up on my blog. Also tried moving it to the Inactive Widgets area but it won’t move there. Thanks in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s very odd. I put this theme up on my test blog. I drug and dropped an archive widget in sidebar 1 and a pages widget in sidebar 2. The default display widgets including the calendar widget disappeared as they should have because my widget choices over rode the default widget display.
Which browser and version of it are you using?
Have you tried these techniques? -
Go to Appearance>Widgets and open Sidebar 2. What’s in it? My guess is: nothing. If I’m right, and if what you want in your right sidebar is your links, just drag the Links widget to it.

Well, I’m waaay too embarrassed to tell you what the problem was. But I will say that the Panag’s suggestion is what pointed me to it.
Ok, I’ll tell since it may help someone else (and it looks like it could be a bug). When I go to the dashboard, there’s a little arrow to the right of Sidebar 2. When I finally noticed it and clicked on it, a gray area dropped down. Then I could d&d things to it. Not sure why I have to click the arrow – I don’t have to for Sidebar 1. It’s down when I go to Dashboard.
Oh well. Issue resolved. Thanks so much!!!
