Digg 3 theme tabs

  Hi there. I have looked everywhere but did not find any info on this. For my free blog on wordpress.com I am using the Digg 3 theme –

  At the top, it has tabs for additional pages. Is there a way – like it happens with other themes – for me to see the drop-down menu for each of those tabs?
