Digg3 change color behind the syndication links

  Hi I have the upgrade CSS and I have been trying to find the place to change the bacground color of the bar behind the syndication links right at the bottom of the header. I have been able to change the font color of the syndication links, but not the background of the bar the links are on. Is it a gif? Thanx

  Yes, that is a gif (someone asked about it the other day). It’s in the header stuff.
