Digital Product Orders Stuck on Processing & Never Complete

  Hello,

  I sell digital products through my wordpress site. The products are online classes. This means customers are granted a one-time, temporary access to the class they purchased on my site. These are NOT subscriptions and they are NOT downloads.

  When a customer purchases a course, they are automatically granted access to the course on my site. They are additionally sent all of the appropriate emails and receipts. This part is working just fine.

  However, I myself am not receiving the payments. All received payments are perpetually stuck in the “processing” stage and never change to “complete.” This should be automatic, since the client is gaining automatic access to the digital product as soon as their payment processes. Is there a way to fix this?
