DigitalOcean blocked ports for my site due to phishing. Now I can’t even get in to make changes.

My site https://128.199.31.242/ is offline because my host DigitalOcean said there was phishing activity on my site. They said I needed to update my security to make this happen. I can’t even get into my site to see what the settings are. Can you please provide me with guidance on what to do?
