Dilemma about joining

  I came across this site and everything sounded and looked great with all of the services offered then I went to the blogs to hear from the people and I just want an honest opinion… Is it worth paying for? Do they actually give the results that are asked for on time? I would really appreciate some insight and thanks ahead

  What site? Joining what? Here at WordPress.com? You have a free site here that just needs launching. Play around with that. You only need to pay if you are serious about creating a site and need the additional features (such as no ads) that you get when you upgrade.
