dimensions of audio panel and contact form

Hello,
I would like to inquire about the two following issues:
1. I have uploaded an audio file to the website, see here:
I would like to change the dimensions of the audio panel so that it would fit either under the photo, or next to the photo (under bullets). Any CSS could help?Another issue I came across is with the contact form on the same website
I use WordPress 5.0.3 and template Twenty Seventeen. The Contact form is plugin Dialog Contact Form.
If you try to send a message, despite filling it properly, an error occures:
“One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.”Could there be any clash with something?
What would be your recommendation?Thank you,
