    Hello, could anyone please help me with my dioszegi.com domain?

    I received an email from help@wordpress.com to my address [redacted] about payments that were to be made automatically in 2021. So WordPress knows quite well that my domain and my email are attached.

    However, if I log in to my WordPress account via e-mail, my domain does not appear here. All payments provided are also missing.

    I need to use my domain, and I’m ready to fix my payments if necessary. Thank you.

    Hi! Can you log out, then log back in with the same email, but with a dot between the first and last name? WordPress sees that as a separate address, but gmail does not.

    Once you’re in the correct account, if you’d like to transfer ownership to this username instead, or even add this account as a site administrator, you can. Just let us know what you’d like to do, and we’ll help.
