Direct contact to wordpress staff

    Hi I have permanently deleted a PDF doc from my media library on one of the websites I work on, but if I click on an external link to it the media still appears. It has been over 24hrs and it is definitely no longer in the media library. I read somewhere that it may still be cached in the wordpress system? I am not sure how to reach out to a wordpress staff member directly to see if this is a case? It there an email or contact number I can use maybe?

    Hi, I’m guessing it’s just stuck in cache. If you’ll let us know the link here we can clear our cache to ensure it’s removed.
