Dear all, someone knows if is there a phone number to contact the WordPress company? We had some issues with the annual payment and now our website is down. I sent two e-mails with all the payment information but they didn’t reply me!
Please, I appreciate if someone can help me. It’s urge.

That site loads instantly for me. https://icl2017br.com/ was the domain URL that you allowed to expire. Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.
If you allow the domain to expire, what will happen is that every domain URL link to your content wherever it appears on the internet and in search engine will be broken. When clicked the broken links will produce a 404 page not found. It will take about 3 months for the content to be re-indexed by search engines under the underlying .wordpress.COM URLs, or if the domain is recovered it may also take that long for re-indexing. Additionally, and more important still is that someone else may purchase the domain URL. That is why we have auto-renew https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew and why allowing a domain expire or canceling it is never recommended, unless you intend to archive or delete the underlying site.

I see from your account that you disputed the payment to WordPress.com and PayPal has issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:
When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you cancel the chargeback or pay a chargeback fee. Once the fee is paid or the chargeback has been cancelled, your account returns to normal.
If the dispute was made in error, please try to cancel it with PayPal. Until it is cancelled, there is nothing we can do from our side.

I sent two e-mails to (billingsupport [at] wordpress.com) with all the information to get done the payment.
I cannot do the payment using the system, because the domain is already registered… you guys have to complete the process and returns to normal the my access to the site.Please, could you check my e-mail, get the credit card (described there) and finalize the process?
